Perfectly located for exploring West Sussex. Lovely personal touches and attention to detail by Claire. Comfy bed, generous space, and delicious breakfast with options for dietary requirements. Even offered a lift to the local pub. A lovely find, very happy with our stay.
Can just recommend this hotel.

Had a jolly xmas at this hotel with my fam. The staff was real friendly and made us feel at home. Loved the fact that they provided all the lil' things we might've forgot, like toiletries. The location was bangin', right by all the cool spots in town. Plus, the brekkie spread was top-notch.
Just one small hiccup. Wish they had better signage.

I was delighted by the charming and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were tasteful and gave a sense of elegance without being overwhelming. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation and socializing. As a senior, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with no stairs to climb and plenty of handrails for support.
I would have appreciated clearer signage and a visible nameplate for easier identification of the hotel. It would have been helpful, especially for senior guests like myself, to have a clear indication of the entrance.

I had a fantastic stay at Flavian House Bed & Breakfast. Claire, the host, was incredibly welcoming and had made perfect arrangements to ensure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. the room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with toiletries provided in case I had forgotten anything. the breakfast options were delicious, with a lovely choice available, including catering for dietary requirements like gluten-free. One bonus was when my granddaughter joined me for breakfast and was even offered a hot chocolate to go with her meal. I felt like I was being cared for in a home away from home. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

Breakfast delights, but it would be even better with some more gluten-free options available.
